Alpine Ibex In Vercors / Private Day Trip With Sébastien

Departure under the light of our headlamps of an old forest to reach the peaks in the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park. During our ascent the day slowly rises as we progress. Reach the limit of the last trees, the song of a Black Grouse welcomes us. An extraordinary bird of the Vercors. We look with the binoculars if we can see some Alpine Ibex and bingo! A beautiful group of 60 male and female Alpine Ibex are in the middle of a mountain! So we go to meet them. On the way, two females pose on the mountain ridge. A fantastic encounter and a superb opportunity to make great images. We are doing part of the climb with them.

And they will even go to the fight, giving us the chance to live an incredible visual and sound show!

We decide to enjoy our pique-nique by their side. Then in the afternoon we reach the top to enjoy an incredible view of the Vercors Regional Natural Park, and the Alps in general!

It's time to go back to the car. We came up with our headlamps and we came down with it as well. We enjoyed the company of the Alpine Ibex for a FULL day! It is time to say goodbye to our participant, both very happy to have had such a great day with the Alpine Ibex in breathtaking landscapes.
