Meet the Northern Gannet.

Here is a new video by Jérôme Fatalot that he shot during our memorable nature photo tour in Gaspésie in Canada. This time, it is the Northern Gannet who is honored. Without doubt our most unforgettable birding experience of the tour. We spent a whole day admiring them on the Bonaventure Island where they nest. It is the second largest colony of Northern Gannets in the world, with about 116,000 birds, and it is also the most accessible. It is possible to be within 2 meters of the first nest, without disturbing them. Simply incredible!

This bird accompanied us a good part of the tour. We were able to see them almost every day. Our wildlife tour to Gaspésie gives you the opportunity to meet the Northern Gannet and much more! Moose, Black Bear, White-tailed Deer, Spruce Grouse, etc. The diversity of wildlife in this beautiful region is a joy for all nature lovers.
