Red Deer Rut In The Alps / Tour Report September 2019

This first Red Deer Rut tour of the year was a real challenge for our guides Corentin and Jonathan. Complicated weather conditions, bringing a significant amount of fog throughout the weekend, unfortunately limited the possibilities of observation. As a wildlife photographer, fog can be our best friend or our best enemy. Our 6 participants were nevertheless able to live exceptional moments with the Red deer during the rutting season. And even when the fog was too intense to have good visibility, the powerful sound of the roars all around us made the atmosphere quite incredible.

Here are the highlights of this Red Deer Rut Tour.

Being able to listen, observe and photograph the Red Deer during rutting season is an extraordinary experience. Our tours are unique both for the amount of deer we can see, but also the environment in which we observe them. All 2019 tours were sold out. If you wish to join us, we invite you to reserve your space now for 2020.
