Morning Birding Along Lake Geneva / Day Trip Report September 2018

We got fantastic light that morning for our private sunrise birding excursion to the shores of Lake Geneva in Geneva.

We spotted more than 20 bird species in about 2 hours, strolling along the lake from Ile Rousseau, to Baby Plage through the Jardin Anglais. We had the great surprise to see a Common Reed-warbler in a tree in Jardin Anglais, a place that is more than unusual for this species.

It was once again a delightful in the company of birds.
