For this reason we have adapted our booking and cancellation conditions. We want to assist you in the best possible way, allowing you to book your trip in peace.
Our booking conditions until December 31, 2021
To book an excursion, you can pay the total amount up to 48 hours before the day of the excursion.
To book a tour, you can pay a deposit of only 25% of the total amount. Then stagger the payment of the remainder due as you see fit. The total amount must be paid no later than 30 days before departure.
Our cancellation conditions until December 31, 2021
For any cancellation directly related to Covid-19 (closed borders, mandatory quarantine, other), we offer you 3 possibilities:
Transfer your reservation for the same tour the following year.
Transfer the amount of your reservation to another tour.
